All our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is 10 pieces per product, unless stated otherwise.
3.Pricing
All prices listed are exclusive of shipping and packaging charges. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on order quantity and delivery location.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Production for made-to-order items begins after confirmation.
5.Shipping & Delivery
Ready stock orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day.
Made-to-order products require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and destination.
6. Packaging
Every order is packed using secure double-layer protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
7.Damage During Transit
If a product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement after receiving an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

We do not offer refunds or returns. Only products damaged during transit are eligible for replacement as per our Return Policy.
9. Custom Branding
Customized or branded products are made specifically for your business and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

All product designs, photographs, branding, and website content belong to Sassy Creations and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
